Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our services (including posting in Verified Property Listings Facebook groups), you agree to these Terms.
Definitions
“Platform” = Our website and associated Facebook groups
“Verified Agent” = A registered estate agency approved by us
“Advertising Package” = Paid promotional services (Pinned Post, Banner, Bundle etc.)
“Member” = Any person joined to our Facebook groups
Agent Verification & Responsibilities
Agents must provide accurate, current FFC and registration details.
Agents must maintain valid registration throughout their use of our platform.
We reserve the right reject or to reverify credentials at any time.
False or expired credentials result in immediate removal without refund.
Advertising Packages & Payment
All advertising packages are prepaid monthly subscriptions.
Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT if applicable.
Services begin only after full payment is received.
Packages are non-transferable between agencies.
Content & Conduct Rules
Agents agree to:
Post only accurate, current property listings
Use the required posting format (price, photos, specs, etc.)
Not engage in spam, harassment, or unprofessional conduct
Not attempt to circumvent verification systems
Termination & Removal
We may immediately remove any agent or member who:
Violates group rules
Provides false or expired credentials
Engages in fraudulent, spam, or abusive behavior
Fails to pay for services
Limitation of Liability
We are a platform, not a real estate agency. We are not liable for:
Transactions between agents and buyers
Accuracy of property listings
Any losses from platform downtime or removal
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
