Refund & Removal Policy

No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Advertising package purchases (Pinned Post, Banner, Bundle etc.)

  • Verification fees

  • Any other services purchased

Service Cancellation by Agent

Agents may cancel advertising packages by providing 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. No partial-month refunds will be issued.

Removal for Cause – No Refund

Agents may be immediately removed without refund if they:

  1. Violate group rules (spam, unprofessional conduct, “PM for price” posts, etc.)

  2. Are found to have provided false, expired, or invalid registration/FFC details

  3. Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

  4. Fail to maintain valid registration during the service period

  5. Attempt to circumvent our verification or payment systems

  6. Lose access to their Facebook account (due to suspension, termination, or voluntary deletion by Facebook)

  7. Have their estate agency license/FFC revoked, terminated, or fail to renew with the relevant authorities

Account Access & License Maintenance

  1. Facebook Account Responsibility: Agents are solely responsible for maintaining access to their Facebook account. We are not liable for, and will not provide refunds or service extensions due to, Facebook-imposed suspensions, terminations, or voluntary account deletions.

  2. License Validity Requirement: Agents must maintain current, valid registration with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) (or relevant authorities) throughout their use of our platform. Failure to renew or revocation of license results in immediate service termination without refund.

  3. Proactive Notification: Agents should notify us immediately of any:

    • Changes to their registration status

    • Facebook account issues that may affect posting ability
      This does not guarantee refunds but may allow for service pauses at our discretion

Platform Downtime

If our Facebook groups or website experience unexpected downtime, we will extend advertising packages equivalently to the downtime period. No monetary refunds will be issued.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding removal or service must be submitted in writing to info@realestatebusinessleads.co.za within 14 days. We will review and respond within 30 days.

Acknowledgement

By purchasing any service, agents acknowledge they have read and agree to this no-refund policy and understand that maintaining valid credentials and following group rules is their responsibility.
