What You CAN Do
Browse all listings freely – no registration required to view
Join relevant groups to see listings in your feed
Contact agents directly using the contact details in each listing
Ask respectful questions in the comments of listings
Save/share listings you’re interested in
Report suspicious content using Facebook’s report feature or contact admins
What You CANNOT Do
Create property listing posts – only verified agents can post listings
Post “ISO” (In Search Of) or “Wanted” requests – these clutter the feed and are not allowed
Solicit services (bond originators, movers, etc.) in comments
Harass agents or other members in comments or via direct message
Attempt to negotiate or discuss prices publicly – contact the agent privately
Repost agents’ listings in other groups without permission
Safe Transaction Practices
Always verify the agent – they should have a “Verified Agent” badge in our groups
Never transfer deposits without proper paperwork and verified banking details
Request viewing in person before committing whenever possible
Use official communication channels – avoid WhatsApp-only negotiations without email trail
Trust your instincts – if something feels wrong, report it to us and disengage
Working with Verified Agents
Respect their time – be prepared with documentation when inquiring
Be clear about your needs – budget, areas, must-haves
Understand agent commissions – they are professionals providing a service
Provide feedback respectfully – if you have concerns about an agent, message admins privately
